Longstanding client Carter Jonas and residential developer Blues Property called upon Method to create marketing materials for Drayton Park. Strategic positioning was required for this family-friendly, premium development in the Cambridgeshire countryside.
To bring the brand to life, we developed a positioning strategy and accompanying visual identity. Combined with sophisticated design and finishes, we created premium marketing literature that allowed these exceptional family homes to shine. The identity was further rolled out with the creation of advertisements for local press, as well as eye-catching hoardings to appeal to the prospective property buyer.
