After 40 years as a leading independent Cambridge recruitment agency, and following its relocation to an office space in the new development on Cambridge Innovation Park, Ann Pettengell returned to Method for brand repositioning.
As an established business within the city, Ann Pettengell’s rebrand needed to inform and complement the company’s new phase of growth. Our solution had to be visually confident to align with this new chapter, conveying Ann Pettengell’s expertise, knowledge, and competitive edge as a top recruitment agency which supplies quality applicants to leading sectors within the Cambridge area.
We developed a repositioning strategy for the brand’s identity and marketing channels, producing an updated visual identity that modernised and refined the logo. Method also commissioned new photography specifically for Ann Pettengell’s digital and marketing collateral. We not only captured the real faces behind the business, but also the many symbolic aspects of contemporary Cambridge life, as well as acknowledging the city’s unique and prestigious heritage. This approach has confidently aligned the company with the major sectors so inherent to a city that continues to be a world-class centre of innovation.
