Tasked with changing the client profile of leading laser skin clinic in Suffolk. Method worked with the client to revolutionise the brand leaving it unrecognisable.
The client was looking to move in to a premium market after an initial launch phase. Method suggested beginning with a thorough research exercise to understand how to connect with the desired audience. From this, a strategic repositioning exercise could be undertaken to ensure the brand matched the needs of the market.
Completing the exercise, Method suggested stripping back the brand and building a new identity that would better represent the values of the business reposition. An open and honest consultation process between Method and the client allowed the creative process to be completed efficiently and a new brand was born.
Results
Newmarket Laser Clinic was reborn as Dermaplicity. The new brand has been communicated through print advertising and digital, with positive feedback from the new clientele. A year since its rebirth, the brand is delivering beyond expectations. Dermaplicity is now ready for further brand development and has tasked Method with developing a new website for January 2013.
The strategic positioning of the new brand has been consolidated with a joined up advertising campaign in local business communications.
